INSTALLATION, SYSTEM DESIGN, MAINTENANCE, MONITORING, STORAGE & BACK-UP, & CONSULTATION

Installation

  1. CTVCam will perform a pre-installation survey, which include a physical walk thru of the selected area / property
  2. We Create a sketch or Map of the selected area, indicating the area / location of which the cameras will be installed, the purpose of which is to give the end user a 360 degree view of their property.
  3. Upon completion the end user will have achieved complete coverage of their property with minimum or no dead spot / blind spot available
  4. All Cameras / hardware are commercial grade and installed in a professional manner, cabling is installed with in the wall structure or hidden, to look as if the structure was build with the cabling in place, the cameras are installed to match the surroundings
  5. Our installation schematic will provide a piece of mind to the end user

System Design

  1. CTVCam will Configure / Design your security camera system, to fit the end user perspective. 
  2. The cameras are installed to Blend into the surrounding area, making them less visible to any intruder, and difficult to locate.
  3. The cameras / equipment are selected with a color or scheme to blend with the structure.

Maintenance

  1. Upon completion of the system installation, CTVCam will provide a 90 days free maintenance and end user assistance or train up Tech Support.
  2. Optional after the end user can purchase an extended service support package.
  3. Our service are provided during our normal operation hours

Monitoring

  1. CTVCam provides a video security camera system monitoring service
  2. Upon the completion of system installation, the end user is instructed on basic system usage and control free of charge. we will provide additional information as to your security camera system operational condition, any alerts or perimeter crossing / instrusion
  3. After installation or with in 90 days of system complete installation, the end user can purchase our monitoring service Plan
  1. Monitoring Plan provide the end user / client with usable data, that the user can execute at their discretion for their personal safety
  2. we provide additional information as to your security camera system operational condition, any alerts or perimeter crossing / intrusion

Storage

  1.  Your security camera system is configured to provide you with 7 days to 90 days of video backup image file, if needed
  2. Based on your video file storage capacity, you have the option to purchase additional  storage venue

Consultation

  1. CTVCam provides free consultation with the purchase of a new system.
  2. Any client in the process of installing a new system will be charged a fee of $ 60.00 after the 1st  15 minutes of consult
